ordering
- i will need a reference image of the character! i'll take a worded description or extra design notes as well, but a description on its own isn't enough.
- i will give an estimated time (usually a week or so, can vary) upon order and immediately notify you if there is any delay.
process
- i will send wips (work-in-progress images) during the process to make sure that everything is to your liking! there'll be around 1-2 total, and you can always ask for more.
- everything that i send will be watermarked to prevent stealing, and i kindly request that none of the wips are shared <3
- if you would like to cancel the commission, there will be no cost if i haven't started or if i'm less than halfway done with the piece. if i'm almost finished, i will need 50% of the original price, since i spent time and effort expecting to be paid.
- i will always ask permission before posting finished commissions. if you would like it to not be shared, you're free to refuse and i will not share it.
- please credit me when using your commission anywhere, even in your profile picture or banner. a link to my toyhouse is plenty!
payment
- payment must be given using buymeacoffee (this is a third-party site that accepts credit card etc without disclosing personal info on either end) or paypal (acceptable but not preferred lol)
- i never take designs, art, or characters as payment.
- all payments must be made in USD (united states dollars)
- i'll only give you the watermarked version until i receive payment. only then will you get your unwatermarked, finished commission!
